New Limited-Time Food and Drinks Are Coming to The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom
Something new is cooking at Magic Kingdom Park! This fall, The Diamond Horseshoe will introduce a limited-time food and beverage experience featuring shareable bites, specialty drinks and the restaurant’s signature Western-inspired atmosphere.
Located near the entrance to Frontierland, The Diamond Horseshoe will offer guests a new place to relax, share a bite and enjoy refreshing drinks before continuing their adventures around Magic Kingdom.
A New Limited-Time Experience at The Diamond Horseshoe
Known for its Western hospitality and old-fashioned charm, The Diamond Horseshoe will welcome a special pop-up offering this fall.
The new experience will feature a selection of small plates and specialty beverages, with additional menu items still to be announced.
Disney has already shared a first look at several of the dishes and drinks guests can expect.
A Savory Charcuterie Board Made for Sharing
One of the first items revealed is a generous savory charcuterie board, perfect for sharing with family and friends.
The board will feature:
- Cured beef
- “Fancy bacon”
- Smoked pork
- Green chile cheese
- Smoked cheddar
- Pickles
More shareable small plates will be announced as the opening approaches.
A Sweet and Spicy Lemonade
Guests of all ages will be able to enjoy a new non-alcoholic specialty lemonade combining sweet, fruity and spicy flavors.
The drink is made with:
- Minute Maid Premium Lemonade
- Strawberry
- Hot honey
- Chili-lime rim
The result is a refreshing drink with an unexpected kick, perfect for a break during a day at Magic Kingdom.
A Colorful Prickly Pear Margarita
For adult guests, the new offering will also include a vibrant pink prickly pear margarita.
The cocktail features:
- LALO Blanco Tequila
- Prickly pear
- Lime
- Agave
The colorful drink brings another refreshing option to the limited-time menu at The Diamond Horseshoe.
What About The Diamond Horseshoe’s Thanksgiving-Style Dinner?
Guests who love the traditional family-style Thanksgiving-inspired dishes previously served at The Diamond Horseshoe will still be able to enjoy them nearby.
Those favorites will continue to be available next door at Liberty Tree Tavern.
More Menu Items Are Coming Soon
Disney has confirmed that additional small plates and menu items will be revealed ahead of the new experience.
More information about reservations is also coming soon, although walk-up availability will still be offered.
An exact opening date has not yet been announced, with Disney currently confirming that the limited-time experience will debut sometime this fall.
